「課輔志工」招募一直都是我業務的重點工作（人人重視）。

而由於學校地處偏僻的臺北市郊區，
隔條河溝就是汐止，
繞過山路就是深坑，
居住在這邊的很多居民，資源其實相當有限，
也因此徵求課輔志工便成了非常重要的一環，
學校更努力地希望能幫孩子爭取較多的資源，
於是將本來招募志工媽媽的觸角，延伸至步行約6分鐘的中研院，
每年固定發文至10個不同的所，希望更多的國家菁英能伸出援手，
當然陸續開始有了回應。

印象最深刻的應該就是這一位吧！

Dear Sir/Madam,
I, ○○, am a PhD student working in Academia Sinica. I came to know that there is a need of some volunteers to guide some students. I am willing to do this for the benefit of those cute students. I can make myself free during morning 8:00 am to 9:00. But I don't know Chinese language very well. Just conversant with few words of daily uses, but I have a good academic background and can teach students of mathematics, English, science or physics up to high school level. 透過破英文將招募課輔的訊息言簡意賅地作了說明，並將報名表回傳給熱心的他。
收到了第二封英文回信，這位可愛的朋友也填了報名表，
工作日的第一天，藉由報名表上的資料，決定用gtalk直接與這位既熱心又可愛的他聯繫。

「hihi，我是舊莊國小輔導室的吳老師！」

「could you please write in english？i don't know chinese.」

ㄡ！太意外了！
腦袋瓜閃過第一個反應：「怎麼教小孩！」
